Interesting article. As an American living in China, the imported books I see are usually from Britain and it's fascinating (and quite enjoyable) to be able to see the different cover designs. Thanks for the link!
I read this the other day and thought it was interesting. I subscrib to a book magazine and they also interviewed someone about book covers, an editor was saying that sometimes the prettiest book cover wont be the ne that sells and its hard explaning that to authors.
Thanks for the link - I've always wondered why! Though I am even more curious why hardcover and paperback IN THE SAME COUNTRY are sometimes different too!
Thanks for the link!
ReplyDeleteI will definitely check it out
